Dr. Singh is board certified in General Psychiatry with particular interest in women issues including depression, anxiety, and eating disorders; as well as, problems during pregnancy and the period following birth. She also accepts male patients on a limited basis. She is very active in the community and presents regularly at meetings to help educate others. Dr. Singh also holds a clinical assistant professor appointment at LSUHSC-Shreveport. She was born and raised in the south, most recently in Monroe, LA until moving to Shreveport for residency, this allows her to be understanding of and dedicated to the people of this region.
Dr. Saran is a fellowship trained Child and Adolescent psychiatrist providing care for illnesses such as complicated ADHD, anxiety disorders, autistic spectrum disorders, and mood disorders from 0 to 18 years of age, or older if enrolled in college or graduate school. He has published several academic articles and has obtained training in autism treatment and diagnosis. Dr. Saran also serves as medical director of the child unit at Brentwood Hospital in Shreveport where he admits and treats inpatients. Despite being born and raised in the north, Dr. Saran is equally dedicated to the area making Shreveport his home for the last seven years.
